16 Technique System

Some have restructured the order of the techniques, omitted some of the techniques, added techniques Ed Parker taught in an earlier American Kenpo System, or added some techniques of there own designs.

In the following "16" technique system - the ONLY difference in the "16" vs. the "24" system is where a student is recognized for his/her progress with the award of a color belt.

Both the "16" and "24" techniques systems are based on 154 "base" techniques and 96 "extension" techniques.
